He handles a range of recruiting assignments in the financial services, technology, government and healthcare industries. He has recruited for positions in: finance, sales and marketing, business development, operations, and general management. Virgil served seven terms in the Georgia General Assembly and is currently serving on the Board of Trustees at Davidson College. He has been the President of the North Fayette Community Association, Chair of the Board of the Dr. Ronald E. McNair Foundation and the Southern California Youth and Family Center. He has served on the Boards of the Atlanta Chapter of the Urban Financial Services Coalition, The Clayton State University Foundation and the Fayette Community School. Virgil earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Davidson College in Davidson, NC.
