About Virgil Fludd
Founder & Managing Partner
Virgil Fludd is a trusted advisor to organizations seeking operational excellence and cultural alignment. His career spans leadership in corporate sales, public policy, and talent strategy—giving him a multidimensional lens on leadership fit.
Before founding The Carvir Group, Virgil held senior positions at Xerox and Bank of America. He later served seven terms in the Georgia General Assembly, gaining deep experience in government operations, legislation, and public affairs. This unique blend of private and public sector expertise makes him especially skilled at navigating complex organizational needs and building high-performance leadership teams.
Virgil holds a B.A. in Economics from Davidson College, where he now serves on the Board of Trustees and as President of the Alumni Association. He is also a Flemming Fellow and a graduate of Leadership Atlanta, Leadership Fayette, and the Georgia Legislative Leadership Institute.
